starvation diet will actually slow down your metabolic rate and make

danger when using very low calorie diets
.You almost always re-gain weight that's lost with highly restrictive
diets. You should be using a slightly restricted diet on different
intervals; we recommend you eat 6 times per day. Some people use calorie
restriction out of necessity. For example people who are physically
limited. Just a few are wheelchair-bound individuals who lost weight
with calorie restriction alone.
People who are very obese or have
orthopedic problems also need to start with dieting correctly otherwise
it will be (making exercise difficult at first). They really only have a
few options to start out with .However, for able-bodied people, dieting
should be used sensibly in the correct way with good products and
drinking plenty of water. You should also if at all possible attempt to
also get some sort of exercise. Just a walk down the block is a good
start. This will help stimulate your blood flow and metabolism.
